Lusorecursos Portugal Lithium intends to demonstrate that in Portugal a structural investment project with high added value can be created in the mining and metallurgical sector, actively contributing to sustainable development, valuing environmental assets, whether production or conservation, promoting welfare in terms of social aspects.

Strategy

The Strategy adopted will always be in support of the environment, whether in terms of exploitation methods, equipment to be used, mineral and hydrometallurgy concentration and beneficiation methods, or in the energies to be used, which will significantly reduce the impacts generally associated in the mining activity.

Goals

Lusorecursos will always be aware of the application of sustainability measures that will help reduce poverty, promote prosperity and well-being for all, focusing on sustainable consumption and production, combating climate change and managing natural resources. Lusorecursos is developing its own Action Plan to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.
